Responsibilities:

 

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

  • Prospect and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the buying, selling, or renting process.

 

Market Research and Property Analysis:

  • Stay informed about the local real estate market trends, including property values, neighborhoods, and new developments.
  • Conduct property showings, follow-up, and market analyses to assist clients in making informed decisions.
  • Prepare and present comparative market analysis (CMA) reports to clients.

 

Sales and Negotiation:

  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales, leases, and purchase agreements on behalf of clients.
  • Assist clients with the preparation of basic documentation.

 

Marketing and Advertising:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties.
  • Utilize various marketing channels, including online listings, social media, and print media, to reach potential buyers and sellers.
  • Create compelling property descriptions and offer to owners professional-quality photographs for listings.

 

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all viewings, client interactions, and property details.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role in sales.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market in South Tenerife.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using real estate software, CRM systems, and online marketing platforms.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
