**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Remote Internship Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring top intern talent across various disciplines, all while working remotely. This role is essential in building a robust pipeline of future leaders and contributing to the success of our remote internship program.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Sourcing & Recruitment:**
    
    - Develop and execute strategies to attract top-tier intern candidates.
    - Source candidates through various channels including online job boards, social media, virtual career fairs, and remote networking events.
    - Screen and assess candidate applications and resumes to identify the best fit for our remote internship positions.
- **Campus & University Relations:**
    
    - Build and maintain strong virtual relationships with colleges, universities, and relevant student organizations.
    - Represent In Art NGO at virtual career fairs, online campus events, and other virtual networking opportunities.
    - Collaborate with academic institutions to develop remote internship pipelines and partnerships.
- **Interviewing & Selection:**
    
    - Coordinate and conduct virtual interviews with prospective interns.
    - Work closely with hiring managers to understand internship needs and provide guidance on selection processes.
    - Manage and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the remote recruitment process.
- **Program Management:**
    
    - Assist in the design and implementation of a comprehensive remote internship program.
    - Provide support to interns throughout their internship, ensuring a valuable and engaging remote experience.
    - Collect and analyze feedback from interns and hiring managers to continuously improve the remote internship program.
- **Administration & Reporting:**
    
    - Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
    - Prepare and present reports on internship recruitment metrics and outcomes.
    - Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations related to recruitment and internships.
