Role Description:

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic interns to join our sales team.

As an SDR Intern at Optioryx, you will play a vital role in driving our company's growth by generating new business opportunities and reaching out to new potential clients. Here's what you'll be responsible for:

  • Prospecting: Assist with lead generation and creation of email campaigns. Identify potential leads and target accounts. Utilize various channels, including social media and industry directories, to identify decision-makers and key contacts.
  • Outreach: Initiate outbound emails, calls, and social media interactions to engage with prospects. Clearly articulate Optioryx’s value proposition and generate interest in our AI-powered logistics solutions.
  • Work closely with the sales & marketing team to strategize and develop targeted outreach campaigns. Share valuable insights and feedback from prospect interactions to refine our sales strategies.
  • Measure and report the results of outreach initiatives.
  • Participate in marketing & sales brainstorming sessions.

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualities:

  • Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential to effectively engage with prospects. Any other languages we view as a bonus.
  • Goal-oriented mindset: A results-driven and self-motivated approach to achieving targets and meeting deadlines.
  • Persuasive skills: The ability to articulate complex concepts in a concise and compelling manner, persuading prospects to take action.
  • Relationship building: A natural ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with potential clients. You should be comfortable engaging with individuals at all levels of an organization.
  • Analytical thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and qualify potential leads based on their fit with Optioryx's solutions.

Job Experience:

While previous sales experience is preferred, it's not a deal-breaker. We're eager to provide a supportive environment for interns to learn and grow.

Workload:

  • Full-time or part-time (minimum of 25 hours per week)
  • Remote internship with the possibility of doing it on-site after trial period
