As a Human Resources intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our employees and contributing to a positive work environment. You will be responsible for a wide range of HR activities, including, but not limited to:
Recruitment and onboarding of new employees
Employee relations and conflict resolution
Benefits administration
Performance management
Training and development
HR policies and compliance
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Spanish (mandatory)
Proficiency in English and French can be a plus
