Description: 

TOURIST ASSISTANT

The ideal candidate should have a good knowledge of English and also other languages (for exp. Spanish, French, German, Italian), an optimistic and pleasant attitude, polite and correct behavior, courtesy in receptiveness, patience in solving any problems the tourists may have, ready for confrontation and willingness to respond to possible criticisms, friendliness, punctual, precise.

WEB / SOCIAL MEDIA / OTA

The ideal candidate should preferably have some of the following characteristics:

- knowledge of the main social networks and their dynamics.

- skills in creating visual and video content through tools such as Canva, the full Adobe package and CapCut.

- Excellent copywriting skills and proficiency in writing persuasive and engaging copy.

- Basic knowledge of marketing concepts, with particular attention to, but not limited to, the tourism sector.

- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively, flexibility to adapt to evolving deadlines and goals.

- Passion for innovation and desire to stay updated on the latest trends in social media and digital marketing.

TRANSLATION

As far as the translation department is concerned, the ideal candidate should preferably have the following characteristics:

- a background in the humanities (art history, history, philosophy, literature, languages)
