Description: 

 Internship in Cultural Management from April, 1st 2015

 

The International Elias Canetti Society is searching for a trainee from April, 1st 2015 for a period of five up to seven months. The person will be responsible for the planning and implementation of cultural and educational projects (research, correspondence and accounting, communication with artists and partners and support on location), as well as help us with the maintenance of the homepage and in the sphere of public relations (writing of PR-texts and articles for the homepage, translation, preparation of documentation and other administrative tasks).

For an internship at the International Elias Canetti Society – Ruse we have the following requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of German language (native speaker language competence) and a good command of English
  • Knowledge of Bulgarian or another Slavic language is an advantage
  • Good computer skills (MS-Office and Internet)
  • Familiarity with the German and international cultural scene
  • Experience in project organization
  • Flexibility,friendliness, commitment and responsibility as well as ability to work independently
  • Begun or completed university studies in humanities, cultural studies or social sciences and/or in the sphere of cultural, media or event management.
