Traineeships in European non-profit and project management

From 1 January 2015 (or a later date), the garagErasmus Foundation offers 6-month to 12-month traineeships that:

• fully involve the trainees in a dynamic international working environment (full-time work, 40 hours per week)
• allow them to use part of their work time to learn more about a relevant field (such as project management, digital communication, etc.)
• may include a full or partial reimbursement of the costs of traveling to/from Pisa at the beginning and end of the traineeship; using additional financial support such as through Erasmus+ Traineeships is encouraged

Successful candidates for traineeships will demonstrate:

• high motivation, willingness to learn, and a responsible, proactive attitude
• excellent communication skills and ability to work both in a team and independently
• strong written and spoken English (additional languages, particularly Italian, are a plus)
• previous experience or a strong, documented interest in the Foundation’s areas of ac-tivity (higher education – economic and social innovation) and non-profit work (pro-ject/event/association management, communication, administration etc.
