VIDEO PRODUCER (Remote Internship)

The Role

As SCALEUP's Video Producer you work daily on driving our value forward through your storytelling skills, video editing, brainstorming, in other words converting your vision and ideas into engaging video.  End-to-end, from online to offline and with occasional work also on Marketing tasks for our clients. Ready?

Your mission:

• Brainstorming and researching concepts for promotional videos, and establishing a clear storyline.
• Assembling video footage into a final deliverable that matches the project's vision and captures the attention of the target audience.
• Managing and overseeing all technical aspects of video recording and editing.
• Incorporating music, dialogues and graphics to enhance quality. 
• Ensuring brand consistency across all content and communication.
• Organizing the overall creation process, starting from meetings with management to discuss the project needs, and ending with the approval of the final video.

Your superpowers:

• Currently enrolled in a University degree (Bachelor/Master) or fresh graduate.
• Experience with video and audio editing software (ex. Adobe Premiere, Corel VideoStudio, Final Cut Pro X) , as well as basic experience with graphic design software (ex. Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator).
• Experience in digital marketing a plus.
• Independent worker with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and last minute changes.
• Comfortable with constructive feedback.
• Highly creative, with good visual storytelling skills.
• Highly organised, with exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.

• Duration: 3 Months, with +3 based on your performance

• Compensation: For internship non-paid (first 3-6 months)
