Building Construction/Architechture :   

As an Intern, you will be responsible for assisting  the various departments within the construction project while having real hands on experience. You will have the opportunity to work directly on the project. From design to laying of blocks to plastering. The observation or the learning  period is very short and you will be left to handle the project alone. The internship  ranges between 12 weeks to 1 year.

Teaching Internship: You will have the opportunity to put your skill and experience in the classroom. Curriculum of subject(s) to be thought will be provided to you to study while observing for few days to a week. After the observation period is over, you will be left alone to handle a class. Position Overview
As a DeFi Analyst Intern, you will be contributing to the analysis and exploration of opportunities within the decentralized finance space. This role involves a range of tasks, from identifying potential airdrops to scouting new tokens for investment, all while utilizing the company's proprietary funds. The successful candidate will have a keen interest in the rapidly evolving DeFi landscape and a passion for exploring innovative financial opportunities.

Basic Knowledge
The candidate is expected to have basic awareness and understanding of cryptocurrencies, tools like centralized and decentralized exchanges, and ideally some experience with using web3 wallets, securing private keys, connecting to dApps and performing some basic tasks in DeFi. 

Key Responsibilities
1. Airdrop Hunting
   - Research, identify, and evaluate potential airdrop opportunities in the DeFi space.
   - Develop strategies to optimize airdrop participation for maximum benefit.

2. Token Scouting
   - Conduct in-depth research on new and existing tokens, assessing their potential for investment.
   - Analyze tokenomics, project fundamentals, and market trends to make informed recommendations.

3. Portfolio Management
   - Assist in managing the company's proprietary funds within the DeFi ecosystem.
   - Monitor and report on the performance of investments, making data-driven recommendations for adjustments.

4. Market Analysis
   - Stay abreast of industry trends, news, and developments in the DeFi space.
   - Provide regular updates and insights to the CEO on market conditions and emerging opportunities.

5. Compensation
   - Base Salary: A basic coverage of living expenses will be provided, amounting to 500€ per month.
   - Variable Compensation: In addition to the base salary, the intern will be eligible for a variable compensation package. This component will be directly tied to the outcomes and results produced by the intern's work during the internship period. The variable compensation is designed to reward the successful contributions to the company's DeFi initiatives.

Tasks to be completed:

In the digital marketing department of Micolet.pt the student will take part in Customer Support tasks:

- Being the main point of contact for customer requests at www.micolet.pt

- Redirecting unsolved requests and issues and following up to make sure that they are solved

- Registering and managing queries, comments and comments and complaints, always in a timely and professional way.

- Customer service by email and telephone.

In addition, the student could meet and participate in other tasks:

- Marketing departament tasks, e.g. influencer marketing: looking for new collaborations. 

- Assisting in other warehouse tasks: returns, order picking, etc.
