Hellenic Youth Participation is a leading education and empowerment organization that connects citizens locally, nationally and internationally. We envision a society in which each individual cares and acts. All of our actions focus on personal and professional development and youth activism through experiential, diversified and non-formal activities at a local, national and international level. We coordinate and participate in EU-funded projects (Erasmus+, European Solidarity Corps, etc), empower local volunteering teams, and organise local workshops, seminars and activities for all age groups; teenagers, young adults and adults.

Hellenic Youth Participation is seeking for an intern to support the visibility activities of EU projects & of the organisation's campaigns.

Main tasks / Responsibilities:

• Creating content for HYP's social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook).
• Managing social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook).
• Creating targeted social media campaigns.
• Taking care of the audiovisual material of local events.
• Updating organising tools (e.g. dissemination tracker, visibility statistics etc).
• Assisting team and project meetings.
• Supporting other tasks of the company according to current needs.

What you are going to gain:

Required Qualifications:

• Being eligible for an internship grant (by Erasmus Placement, university or other).

• Experience in youth organisations.
• Experience with Canva and social media.

Looking to be part of an exciting and thought-provoking film festival that matters? this human world - International Human Rights Film Festival, is looking for a talented Graphic Design intern to join our young and dynamic team in Vienna, Austria.

As a Graphic Design intern, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including designing and typesetting the festival magazine, developing layouts for flyers and print materials, creating visual merchandising materials, and adapting graphics on marketing materials. You will be a key member of our festival production team, working closely with cultural institutions, NGOs, and international film landscape.

To succeed in this role, you should have skills in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and social media. Proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus. While German language skills are a plus, they are not mandatory. However, you should have excellent English skills (Level B2).

Your responsibilities will include developing a social media strategy in close cooperation with PR, managing our social media channels (Instagram and Facebook), maintaining our website (content management, proofreading of texts, incorporation of the event calendar, etc.), and supervising and coordinating raffles with media partners.

this human world - International Human Rights Film Festival is the first of its kind in Austria, founded in 2008 in Vienna. We are excited to announce that this year's edition will take place from November 27th to December 10th, 2024. We are expecting a range of international guests and a diverse selection of thought-provoking films, discussions, debates, panels, and workshops.

We are currently looking for a Shipping and Guest Coordination intern for a 4-month period. In this position, you will work closely with the festival production team to ensure the smooth coordination of guests and shipping. As an intern, your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating with international film distributors and guests
• Negotiating film rights and coordinating film prints
• Preparing rental contracts
• Managing the shipment of advertising material for the films
• Assisting with hospitality and accommodation arrangements for the festival guests
   

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualities:

• Interest in cinema, art, and political/human rights topics

Le travail pendant la saison d'hiver exige de la flexibilité et les jours/heures de travail peuvent varier selon les semaines.
