- What do we do?
We are EFQM National Partner Organisation (NPO) for Romania. EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management) is a not for profit membership foundation with offices at Brussels. For the past twenty years, EFQM are the repository of the EFQM Excellence Model which they have refined and incrementally adapted to the current stakeholders needs. As EFQM NPO, we Train, Evaluate and Advise individuals and organisations on Management Excellence in Romania.
- How do we do it?
In order to achieve the above, we maintain an online presence through our website and social media. Through digital marketing, we funnel customers which we then train in the subject of Excellence. Following which, we assist organisations to implement the EFQM Excellence Model and then arrange for independent assessments to assess their levels of business excellence.
- What are we good at?
We are good at training, project management and business excellence: leadership, strategy, stakeholder management and designing new services and the associated processes to support these. , asset management Our open philosophy is based on 5 R’s (retain, reuse, revise, remix, redistribute). This allows our teachers to access to editing tools, with a low level of expertise required, and in a format that is easily editable.
Our team includes from young people to PMP, MBA and PhD. Through the professional membership of members, we have access to a tremendous amount of high quality resources from UK and US organisations, including PMI, CIMA, IAM, IMarEST, AMBA, Energy Institute, ScienceDirect, Web of Knowledge and CMI (Management Direct, the largest Management Portal).
- Our location
The headquarters are located in Constanta, the main city of Romania at the Black Sea. Constanta is a great place to live in. Our offices are located centrally with lake view and modern facilities. We a good organisation to start with, and learn from, for a succesful future career.
