Position: International Volunteer Programs Coordinator

Working site: Split/Omis

Schedule: Full-time, 35h / week

Duration: 2+ months

To start: As soon as possible

Responsibilities: 

• Creation and improvement of Volunteer Programs in Croatia
• Coordination of the logistical operation: Airport pick-ups, clients management, tours, etc;
• Expansion and nurturing of our Social and Environmental partners' network: analyze, coordinate and manage the various needs
• Represent a B-Corp company pioneer in Sustainable Tourism
• Cross-selling of tourism programs to clients

Requirements:

• Ability to work autonomously with a remote team
• Good English language skills (mandatory)
• Strong social and environmental drive

We are looking for an English language teacher assistant to work in our school during the next school year (October 24 to May 25). Teaching experience is not required although previous experience working with kids will be an asset. We are looking for candidates with a passion for languages and learning, and with an excellent command of English (C1 or native) in the European Framework. 

The Language Assistant will be working full time with Pre-primary and Primary students (ages 3-11) being responsible for taking small groups of children to do oral activities and help them to develop their speaking skills. The Language Assistant will also support the English teachers in their English, Art and Science lessons, and will participate in other school activities as “The English day” or the program “Sharing to learn” that we develop with High School students.

We are a very welcoming school with an optimistic attitude towards language learning. We participate in European programs of foreign languages (Erasmus Cete+, Erasmus+) and other programs of the Department of Education of Catalonia.

We are a student facility in the center of Salerno, a nice city in the south of Italy, near Naples and close to the famous Amalfi coast.
Our facility is hosting university students staying in the city for the Erasmus program. It's a young environment where you can acquire problem solving skills and learn how to manage the needs of a very specific segment, while socializing in the free time.

Accommodation in private room with bathroom offered for free during the traineeship period.

The trainee must be able to communicate in italian, english or spanish.

Preferably, the trainee must be eligible for an Erasmus+ grant of minimum 2 months to maximum 9 months.

We can offer variable internships that include gaining an understanding of all the roles working within a Spanish Tapas Bar.

Buscamos a una persona que sepa utilizar los programas de grafica y que tenga conocimiento del paquete de office y  que sepa crear contenidos digitales.  El becario trabajará en nuestra oficina, que es donde suelen entrar nuestros clientes para comprar una excursión de un día. Así que se comunicará directamente con nuestro en diferentes idiomas. 

 Son necesarios conocimientos lingüísticos, capacidad de comunicación interpersonal, conocimientos de atención al cliente directamente desde la oficina, capacidad para vender productos al cliente final como excursiones en diferentes idiomas.

El principal trabajo del becario será la atención al cliente desde nuestra oficina, en el centro de la ciudad. Organizamos excursiones y viajes para estudiantes Erasmus y peregrinos. Por tanto, el becario trabajará con este tipo de clientes, intentando venderles las excursiones, registrando a los clientes en nuestros sistemas de datos, etc. Todas las tareas típicas de una oficina como gestión de correo, atención al cliente, distribución de folletos, redes sociales, gestión de medios sociales, recopilación de datos, etc.

The intern's main job will be customer service from our office in the city center. We organize excursions and trips for Erasmus students and pilgrims. Therefore, the intern will work with this type of clients, trying to sell them the excursions, registering clients in our data systems, etc. All typical office tasks such as mail management, customer service, brochure distribution, social media, social media management, data collection, etc.

Compensation: No financial compensation

We are looking for high motivated people willing to start a fantastic adventure with us in Resorts and Touristic villages all around Italy.

As touristic entertainer your job will be make people having fun while having fun! You could work with kids in the kids club, or be the leader of great sport tournaments or be a star during leading your personal fitness class or on the stage as a dancer and choreographer, we will find you a role that best suit with your skills. 

We Offer:

• Full accomodation ( room and food at the restaurants of the facility)
•  Monthly salary with regular contract ( Around +600 EUR)
•  More time to achieve all the objective of your internship
•  Possibility of future collaboration and growht with us
•  Refund for flight or trip ticket ( Up to 150 EUR)
