I am a specialised consultant who secures European funding for non-profits, social enterprises, and organisations involved in youth and sports activities, particularly through Erasmus+ projects. I am currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented European Project Writing Assistant to collaborate with me and join my international team. This position offers a unique opportunity to be trained and supported in writing European projects, with a particular focus on Erasmus+ KA1 and KA2 programs.

Responsibilities:

• Project Writing Support:

  • Assist in the preparation and writing of Erasmus+ KA1 and KA2 project proposals.
  • Conduct research and gather necessary information to support project development.
  • Collaborate with senior project writers to refine and finalize proposals.

     

• Administrative Support:

  • Create and manage forms for the selection of participants based on provided templates.
  • Maintain organized records of all project-related documents and communications.
  • Support the administrative management of ongoing projects, including monitoring timelines and deliverables.

     

• Communication:

  • Liaise with project partners and stakeholders to ensure clear and effective communication.
  • Assist in drafting and sending project-related correspondence.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and minutes.

     

• Various and Eventual Tasks:

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., International Relations, European Studies, Education, etc.). Must be eligeble for Erasmus+ Traineeship.

• Language Skills: Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
   

• Skills:

RELATION SIÈGE IMPULSO : 

Durant les 6 premiers mois de votre mission, vous aurez différentes formations en distanciel compatibles avec une activité à temps plein (stage, école...).

Cette formation portera sur la préparation de la mission sur place mais aussi à l’accompagnement à une levée de dons de 10 000€ afin de financer votre mission ainsi que l’accompagnement du siège durant celle-ci.

Vous serez également accompagnés tout le long de votre mission sur place.

Sur place, vous serez accompagnés par les partenaires locaux pour aller rencontrer les bénéficiaires. Vous devrez créer une relation de confiance et vous adapter aux différentes cultures pour concrétiser la relation entre eux, les bénéficiaires et vous.
