Internship Details:

 

As a Finance and Investors Management Intern at Program, you'll play an essential role within our Finance Unit, working on a range of functions, including strategy and communication, shareholder and stakeholder relations, grants and project funding, crowdfunding, business angels, family offices, and venture capital firms. Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Strategy and Communication: Assist in developing financial strategies and communicating them effectively to the team.

 

  • Shareholders and Stakeholders: Build and maintain relationships with shareholders, stakeholders, and investors.

 

  • Grants and Project Funding: Participate in grant and project funding initiatives to secure necessary resources.

 

  • Crowdfunding and Business Angels: Collaborate on crowdfunding campaigns and engage with potential investors, including business angels.

Your tasks.

Communication and Relationship Management for the Green Energy Career Day in Berlin:

 

  • Serve as the main point of contact for companies, university representatives, and event attendees, providing timely and accurate information about the event.

  • Support the development of promotional materials, including event websites, and social media campaigns.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to ensure effective event promotion and engagement.

  • Assist in coordinating with the media and press for event coverage and exposure.

  • Help facilitate networking opportunities between companies and students during the event.

Ultimately, we will take on the person who has the desire and ability to actively support the green energy transition for the benefit of future generations, who has been engaged in some kind of social-service activity, and is interested in developing their green business development skills. Where you are based.

This is a fully remote (digital) opportunity, so you can work from anywhere at your own pace. If you are applying as part of the ERASMUS preogram, please be sure to contact you university to check you can applying for ERASMUS when the internship is full remote

When.

You can start now for three months. The hours are up to you, but we'd prefer 15 per week so that you have sufficient time to contribute and acquire the network development experience.

What you’ll learn.

You will gain communications and partnership experience in a multinational team where English is the main language. You will be mentored by a former Deutsche Welle newsroom journalist and experienced founder. You will also see what it takes to create a successful, customer-centric business with the input of others while developing your own professional autonomy and work ethic. Autonomous work is a key skill that will be required in the increasingly common world of remote service delivery.

You will also learn how to work ‘bottom up’, meaning you will be expected to make suggestions, present alternatives and define a clear work pattern that will support the whole team and initiative. If you work well, and engage regularly, you will be given new and more diverse task to rapidly expand your skillset while developing your English language skills. Other skills are:

Overview:

We are looking for a business developer to identify target markets for our product, generate qualified leads, and develop relationships with potential customers (B2B). The position will involve market research, customer discovery, identifying industry applications, communicating technical capabilities, and generating outbound leads. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is passionate about our product, our mission, and changing the world! 

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Researching target markets for our product and identifying the target customer profiles. 
  • Connecting with potential customers, learning about their businesses, and determining how our product can solve their problems. 
  • Identifying industry applications that generate an ROI saving the customer time, money, and/or resources. 
  • Communicating the capabilities of our product to potential customers to show how our product can meet their technical requirements. 
  • Generating outbound leads by securing contacts and pre-orders from businesses interested in our product offering. 

Qualifications:

  • Passionate about business strategy and developing business relationships with potential customers.
  • An engineering intuition and an interest in developing technical solutions for the manufacturing industry.
  • Basic working knowledge of Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Able to develop creative solutions as a team and manage tasks independently.

Schon mal darüber nachgedacht, wie es wäre, einen neuen Markt zu erschließen? Gemeinsam mit unserem Management-Team wirst du den Aufbau unserer deutschen Plattform unterstützen. Von der Suche nach gemeinnützigen Organisationen, die Teil unseres Netzwerks werden möchten, über die Unterstützung von Organisationen bei der Suche nach den passenden Freiwilligen, bis hin zu speziellen Projekten und Management-Support-Aufgaben wie Copywriting. Mit anderen Worten: eine praktische Rolle bei der Expansion unseres sozialen Startups nach Deutschland.

 

Was du tun wirst

  • Direkt mit unserem Management-Team an unserem lokalen Roll-out zusammenarbeiten.
  • Unser Netzwerk durch Recherche nach gemeinnützigen Organisationen erweitern, die Teil unserer Community werden möchten.
  • Organisationen unterstützen, die richtigen Freiwilligen für ihre Projekte zu finden.
  • Spezielle Projekte in direkter Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Country Managerin durchführen.
  • Unterstützung bei Aufgaben wie Copywriting, Website-Verbesserungen, Content etc.

Details

Wir sind ziemlich flexibel, daher sind die folgenden Angaben als Richtlinien zu verstehen. Alles ist natürlich in Absprache mit dir verhandelbar!

Business Developer (Tech Startup)

Overview:

We are looking for a business developer to identify target markets for our product, generate qualified leads, and develop relationships with potential customers (B2B). The position will involve market research, customer discovery, identifying industry applications, communicating technical capabilities, and generating outbound leads. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is passionate about our product, our mission, and changing the world! 

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Researching target markets for our product and identifying the target customer profiles. 
  • Connecting with potential customers, learning about their businesses, and determining how our product can solve their problems. 
  • Identifying industry applications that generate an ROI saving the customer time, money, and/or resources. 
  • Communicating the capabilities of our product to potential customers to show how our product can meet their technical requirements. 
  • Generating outbound leads by securing contacts and pre-orders from businesses interested in our product offering. 

Qualifications:

  • Passionate about business strategy and developing business relationships with potential customers.
  • An engineering intuition and an interest in developing technical solutions for the manufacturing industry.
  • Basic working knowledge of Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Able to develop creative solutions as a team and manage tasks independently.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, ambitious, and motivated.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English (at least B2 level).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in a similar position as a business developer or sales engineer.
  • Experience working in the manufacturing industry on business, engineering, or production jobs.
  • Experience with communications, networking, business relationships, and generating outbound leads. 
  • Proficient in written and spoken German (at least B2 level).

Who we are

At Breathment, we are developing a software platform that digitizes pulmonary rehabilitation for healthcare professionals and patients suffering from chronic respiratory diseases. Breathment's AI-based mHealth application provides these patients with a digital rehabilitation treatment at home. In addition, Breathment provides healthcare professionals with telemonitoring software, giving them a data-driven tool to optimize and manage treatment based on their patient's needs without physical presence.

What you will do

  • Developing various features for a computer vision application using Python

  • Handling data extracted from a neural network and creating reports

  • Supporting backend tasks

  • Analyzing requirements and coming up with solutions

What we expect from you

  • Experience with Deep Learning Frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)

  • Experience in software and REST API development using Python (preferably FastAPI) 

  • Experience in NoSQL databases and specifically MongoDB

  • Familiarity with version control (Git), GitHub (or similar)

  • Strong analytical thinking

  • Proficiency in English
