Regarding our PR and Marketing job role, please find below some job specifications and responsibilities.

1. Managing the company's social media channels and editorial content writing work.

2. Assisting the company's sales and marketing and digital PR campaigns.

3. Carry out social media management, editorial content writing, sales and marketing, and digital PR duties as and when required.

4. Compiling and preparing PR, marketing and media reports, presentations, and correspondence.

5. Managing the company and director's social media and other administrative tasks for the company and director.

6. Supporting the company and director on a day-to-day basis, and carry out ad hoc administration duties as and when required.

7. Capture, alert, and monitor important media, PR and marketing issues for the company and directors where follow up is required.

8. Weekly and monthly media, PR, and marketing reporting to the Director.

9. Assist in the management of multiple media, PR and marketing projects related to the diverse lines of business as assigned by the Director.

10. Building a contact list database of all the new and existing music websites/blogs, as well as building a contact list database of UK-wide radio presenters and radio producers of specialist radio shows and radio stations.

11. Building a contact list database of exciting new and emerging UK, European, American, and African artists that we can potentially turn into new online PR clients.

12. Managing databases of potential PR clients, online press, radio producers, presenters, and DJs.

13. Pitching digital PR services to potential clients.

14. Building relationships for WPGM PR with online press and radio contacts.

15. Monitoring and reporting on existing digital PR campaigns.

16. Capturing screenshots of all the blog/press coverage our UK online PR campaigns have garnered as well as each page link and collating this together for each campaign (remotely and digitally).

17. Social media updates about existing press campaigns.

18. Developing new markets and clientele for our new and existing PR services as well as new and existing media content.

19. Selling and marketing WPGM’s PR services and WPGM’s media platform to the right market (to artists, music executives, record labels; and to advertisers, sponsors, corporate clients).

20. Generate new ideas to drive PR client acquisition.

21. Seeking/securing sponsoring and advertising for our online media platforms and content.

22. Developing new markets and clientele for our PR services and media content, as well as leading marketing efforts for our PR services and media content.

23. Creating brand campaigns and promotional plans that significantly increase awareness of WPGM’s brand.

24. Identifying and implementing traditional and non-traditional opportunities to drive and expand engagement in our media content (by sponsors and advertisers) and PR services (by potential clients).

25. Developing and implementing marketing and communications strategies, activities, and campaigns to promote WPGM’s media and PR businesses including our content and services.

26. Generate new ideas to drive sponsorship/advertising and PR client acquisition.
27. Improving the presence of WPGM’s PR services and media brand within corporate brands globally.

28. Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including sponsors, advertisers, corporate PR clients and music PR clients.

29. Developing key media partnerships across digital, TV, Radio and Print to grow the WPGM brand image.

30. Achieving frequent, timely and positive media coverage across all available media for the WPGM brand.

Roes Cooperativa is seeking for a European Programmes Intern to join its force in its offices in Athens, Greece.
 

Main tasks – What will you do:

  • Assisting with the management of EU-funded projects;

  • Assisting in the preparation of participants for participation in ESC or Erasmus+ projects;

  • Assist with the preparation of dissemination activities such as trainings, workshops and expert meetings;

  • Contributing to drafting and developing new project applications;

  • Provide input to and assist in writing and editing material, including publications, reports and briefings related to EU projects;

  • Participation in meetings and conferences whenever possible.

 

Qualifications:

  • Must be eligible to Erasmus+ traineeship Grant or any other grant,

  • Great command of English language (written/spoken),

  • Motivation, eagerness, and being passionate about EU funded projects;

  • Being comfortable working in a small team (7-10 ppl) and using own initiative;

 

Extra, Highly Appreciated, Qualifications:

  • We do not choose interns, Interns choose us. If you fulfil the basic qualifications, it is ok for us to join us

  • We do not see interns as cheap labour, they are learners and they should have their own learning goals

  • The first thing we will do when you arrive is to set what skills you want to learn and train while you are with us.

  • Then we will show you how we function. (processes and tools we use)
  • Then we will offer you a series of tasks and you will decide if you want to do them or not. If yes, we will offer to you a mentor on the task so we make sure you are able to fulfil it as an experienced professional. If not, then it is ok, we will give you another task.
  • If you don't find any suitable for you task, maybe you should ask yourself how come you ended up doing an internship with us.
  • If you plan on joining our team and just having beautiful holidays in Athens and in Greece, it is possible. We do not want and we are not gonna push you to do things. Informing us upfront can support us too.
  • If you plan on changing your life and getting the most out of this internship, it is also possible and we for sure have a series of tasks you can be involved in that can equip you with skills and competencies that can be valuable for your upcoming personal and professional path.

The artist needs to know how to create complex poligonal models and export these models as OBJ or FBX files.

We have an organization who creates handmade pieces (painted, gol applied, and diferent techniques) to maintain decoration of cultural heritage, but to create the original first model we need to create through CNC machine.
